RETURN POLICY

You may return Gagliardi products purchased online within 30 days of receiving the items. You have 15 days from receipt of order to request a refund.

To initiate a return and receive a refund, the products must be in new condition, with attached tags and labels, and in their original packaging. A refund will not be issued if the products do not meet these conditions. Any items which are originally received damaged need to be highlighted within 3 days from receipt and Gagliardi will exchange these free of charge. Any request for refunds due to colour issues will not be accepted *unless a clear difference in colour is shown.

The refund will be processed within 5-10 working days. Please note that the refund processing times depend on your card issuer and are beyond our control.

Gagliardi will not accept any return on the following categories: masks, accessories, underwear and socks.

Returns cannot be processed in any of our brick-and-mortar stores.

Gagliardi must accept the return request prior to the customer dispatching the return. Anything sent without prior notification will not be refunded.

Shipping Costs are non-refundable.

 

COURIER RETURN:

Contact us through our contact form or send an email to reply@gagliardi.eu so that the team guides you on the steps to return items. Ship the items at your expense to the address: A11 Industrial Estate Il-Marsa, MRS 3000, Malta. +356 2125 2184. Please note that both shipping and any customs costs are your responsibility. Use a tracking or insured shipping service, as we disclaim any responsibility for the arrival of the items at our warehouses.

Kindly ensure that the item/s is/are in new condition with original packaging; otherwise,  a refund will not be issued.

We reserve the right to reject returns during special promotions/discounts.
