SUBMITTING RETURNS FORM

Fill out the online returns form specifying which items you want to return and the reason why you wish to return the item/s. Please confirm with our terms and conditions whether your items are eligible for a return. Please wait for our confirmation email before you proceed to the next step.

AWAITING CONFIRMATION

Once you fill in a returns form, a member from our customer support team will contact you to process your return/refund. Our support agents will also set your desired pickup time and location with our couriers.

RECEIVING AIRWAYBILL AND PACKING YOUR ITEM

We will then proceed to create a booking wityh our courier which we will be sent to you. The documents receved via email must then be placed on the parcel. Ideally, the original packaging is used, especially for tailored items since our packaging ensures that the garment is kept in good condition throughout the logistis process. Please make sure the parcel is secured.

PICK UP OR DROP OFF

A member from our logistics partners will come and collect the return at the agreed date, time and place. Once we receive the return (which takes roughly 2 – 4 working days) we will inspect the product/s and refund the item/s accordingly.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • You have 1 month from the date of purchase to return your items.
  • You have 15 days from receipt of order to request a refund.
  • Gagliardi will not accept any return on the below categories: masks, accessories, underwear and socks.
  • Online orders cannot be returned to any of our stores.
  • Items returned must be in a good condition and with tags. Gagliardi holds the right to refuse returns/exchanges for items sent back in a used or damaged state.
  • Gagliardi reserves the right to decline refunds if an item is not received in good condition and with tags.
  • Gagliardi will exchange any items originally received in a damaged condition free of charge.
  • Gagliardi will not accept any request for refunds due to colour issues. *unless a clear difference in colour is shown.
  • Gagliardi must accept the return request before the customer dispatches their return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
