Do I need to create an account to make an order?

Creating an account is not necessary and you can check out as a guest without having to register.

However, creating a Gagliardi account has many benefits such as:

  • Reviewing past purchases
  • Receive live tracking information
  • Save your address and card details for faster shopping
  • Save your personal measurements and sizes

I have forgotten my username or password, now what?

You can easily reset your username or password by clicking here. If the problem with login persists please contact our customer support team on orders@gagliardi.eu

Can I cancel or change an order?

Yes, this is possible. There is no need to place a new order if you want to make changes. If you want to cancel or change your order, send us an email on orders@gagliardi.eu before the order is dispatched, and we will make the necessary amendments.

What are the payment methods Gagliardi accepts?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Why has my payment failed?

There are many reasons payment errors can occur and a number of steps you can take to resolve potential issues. Please review your personal and credit card information to verify that everything has been entered correctly. You could also try a different credit card or payment method, such as PayPal. If problems persist, please contact your bank, as it is possible that your account lacks sufficient funds, 3D secure is not enabled or it has been flagged for security reasons. For any other issues or questions, please contact our Customer Service representatives

Can online gift vouchers be used in stores?

Our online gift vouchers are only valid online and cannot be redeemed in stores. The same applies for vouchers bought in stores, which cannot be redeemed online

Is shopping online with Gagliardi secure?

Gagliardi always ensures that your transactions are safe and secure via https payment connections

Can I return items bought online in stores?

Items bought online cannot currently be returned in stores.

Do we deliver to Post Office Boxes?

Both our standard post and our courier service do not deliver to Post Office boxes or collection points.

How do I return / exchange items?

You can easily return an item for a refund or exchange within one month of purchase. You can have a look at our returns process by clicking here.

Which countries does Gagliardi deliver to?

We offer worldwide shipping for a standard rate of €5 or express delivery for €15

Do you offer alterations?

Yes we offer alterations such as hems, reducing sizes, taking in the waist, shortening jackets....
