*Gagliardi will not accept any return on the below categories: shoes, accessories, underwear, socks and swimwear as returns.
- You have 1 month from the date of purchase to return your item/s.
- Online orders cannot be returned to any of our stores.
- Gagliardi reserves the right to decline exchanges/refunds if an item is not received in good condition.
- Gagliardi will Exchange any items received in a damaged condition free of charge.
- Gagliardi will Not accept any request for Refunds due to colour issues. *unless a clear difference in colour is shown.
- Gagliardi must accept the return request before the customer dispatches their return.

In order to be eligible for a free return – please keep us updated with the estimated cost of the return prior to paying for the return. Once a return has been approved, we require proof of payment. We will then issue a refund for the return cost within 5 working days.
Since customs procedures require an attached invoice with every parcel from a Non-EU country, it is of utmost importance that prior to sending the parcel, you contact us for a new invoice which will then be sent via email once the online returns form has been filled out. The new invoice, which declares the garment at an 80% less value due to its non-resellable status is to be printed and attached with the parcel at your local post office.
