SUBMITTING RETURNS FORM

Fill out the online returns form specifying which items you want to return and the reason why you wish to return the item/s. Please confirm with our terms and conditions whether your items are eligible for a return. Please wait for our confirmation email before you proceed to the next step.

AWAITING CONFIRMATION

Once you fill in a returns form, a member from our customer support team will contact you to approve your return.

Delivery costs for the return of merchandise will be entirely at your expense.

RETURNS POLICY

 

  • You have 15 days from receipt of order to request a return for refund.

  • The products must be in new condition, with attached tags and labels, and in their original packaging. A refund will not be issued if the products do not meet these conditions.

  • Any items which are originally received damaged need to be highlighted within 3 days from receipt and Gagliardi will exchange these free of charge. Any request for refunds due to colour issues will not be accepted *unless a clear difference in colour is shown.

  • The refund will be processed within 5-10 working days of receipt of the return. Please note that the refund processing times depend on your card issuer and are beyond our control.

  • Gagliardi will not accept any return on the following categories: masks, accessories, underwear, gift cards and socks.

  • Returns cannot be processed in any of our brick-and-mortar stores.

  • Gagliardi must accept the return request prior to the customer dispatching the return. Anything sent without prior notification will not be refunded.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

COURIER RETURN

 

Send an email to reply@gagliardi.eu to initiate the returns process.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to the following address: A11 Industrial Estate, Marsa, MRS 3000, Malta. Please note that both shipping and any customs costs are your responsibility. Use a tracked or insured shipping service, as we disclaim any responsibility for the arrival of the items at our warehouses.

 

We reserve the right to reject returns during special promotions/discounts.

 

EXCHANGES

 

Sadly, we are unable to offer direct exchanges due to the logistics of our current fulfilment. Please return your order for a refund. Once the return is accepted make a separate order for the new item.
