Not happy with your purchase? You can return your item for an exchange OR full refund.

You have one month from date of purchase to return your item/s.

The Gagliardi customer is our best asset. Nothing gives us more pleasure than your valuable feedback to keep on striving towards excellence.

Simply follow the four steps below


1. Online returns form

Fill out an online returns form specifying which items you want to return and the reason why you wish to return the item/s. Please wait for our confirmation email before you proceed to the next step.

 *Non-EU countries – Since customs procedures require an attached invoice with every parcel from a non-EU country, it is of utmost importance that prior to sending the parcel, you wait for a new invoice which will be sent via email once the online returns form has been filled out.

The new invoice, which declares the garment at an 80% less value due to its non- resellable status is to be printed and attached with the parcel at your local post office.

2. Pack your item

Ideally the original packaging is used, especially for tailoring items since our package ensures that the garment is kept in a good condition throughout the logistical process. Please make sure the parcel is secured

All returns should be addressed to: Gagliardi Head office, A11, Industrial Estate, Marsa, Malta, MRS3000.

3. Post your package

Visit your local post office and make sure the parcel is sent back to us with registered post in order to obtain a tracking code. This makes it easier for the customer and Gagliardi to monitor the journey should any problems arise.

*If you deem it more convenient you can also ask us to send a courier service to your home to collect the items, you wish to return. Kindly contact us for more details.  Additional fees apply.

4. Refund is issued

A few days after we receive the return and ensure it was returned in a good condition we will dispatch the replacement with no additional fees incurred or the refund claimed.

*During sale and promotional periods the exchange/refund might take longer to be processed.

*Kindly note that online orders cannot be returned to any of our stores.

*Gagliardi reserves the right to decline exchanges/refunds if an item is not received in good condition.


If you would prefer another size, you can request this when filling out our online returns form. To do so, state on the delivery note the item you wish to exchange and the new size.

In the event the size is not available, we will refund you the amount for said garment.

If you wish to exchange your item for another model or colour, there is NO need to place a new order. Just let us know in the online returns form and the difference, if any, can be paid/ supplied separately via Credit Card or PayPal.
