Do I need to create an account to make an order?

Creating an account in not necessary and you can check out as a guest without having to register.

However, creating a Gagliardi account has many benefits:

-Track your orders and review past purchases

-Request returns or exchanges

-Save your address and card details for faster shopping

-Save your personal measurements and sizes

I have forgotten my username or password, now what?

How can I pay for my purchases ?

There are two main methods of payment:

 

Debit or Credit Card:

 

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express.

 

Kindly note that all our transactions are covered by 3DS security. If the payment gets declined, kindly contact your bank provider to make sure they are covered by 3DS.

 

PayPal

 

To pay via PayPal, select this method of payment and click on ‘confirm payment.’ You will be redirected to the PayPal website

Can online gift vouchers be used in stores?

Please note that our online gift vouchers are only valid online and cannot be redeemed in stores. The same applies for vouchers bought in stores, which cannot be redeemed online.

Can I return items bought online in stores?

We strive towards excellence in customer service. If after consulting with our online fitting guide you are sure. The alterations which are carried out by our professional tailors in the MTM department are provided on a complimentary basis.

Why can’t I find an item from a Gagliardi store on the website?

If you cannot locate an item on our website, it might be sold out or has not been launched on the website yet. We update our stock regularly, so we suggest you keep on checking regularly. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team on orders@gagliardi.eu and we will advise the best way forward.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Yes, this is possible. There is no need to place a new order if you want to change your order. If you want to cancel or change your order send us an email on orders@gagliardi.eu before order is dispatched and we will make the necessary amendments.

Is shopping online with Gagliardi secure?

Gagliardi always ensures that your transactions are safe and secure via https payment connections.

Do we deliver to Post Office Boxes?

Please note that both our standard post and our courier service do not deliver to Post Office boxes or collection points.

How do I get a refund?

We are happy to offer any tailoring advice you might need or to answer any queries that might arise. Our live chat is open between Monday – Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm CET.

In which countries can I shop Gagliardi online?

All Gagliardi orders are shipped for free internationally.

 Small parcels for our shirt, trousers, accessories and shoe categories are shipped via standard post.

 Tailoring orders including jackets, suits and mix and match suits are automatically shipped via express courier against no extra charge to the following countries:

Europe: United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Croatia, Hungary, Malta, Poland.

Non-EU countries: Australia, United States, Serbia, Norway, Switzerland. 

Rest of the world, unless requested is shipped via standard post, both for small orders and tailoring pieces. An additional fee if express courier is requested. 

What is the estimated delivery time (ETA) for our orders?

Standard post

Europe 7-12 days.

Africa 15-25 days

Asia 12-25 days

Australia 10 – 20 days

United States 8 – 17 days

*Kindly note that delivery during festive periods is slower than usual.
