It is very easy to exchange or return your item with Gagliardi. We have 5 simple steps:
- Fill in the returns form
- Await confirmation from our Team
- Receive the AIRWAYBILL from our team
- Pack your item
- Our courier will collect the parcel from the comfort of your home or any other desired location
*Gagliardi will not accept any return on the below categories: shoes, accessories, underwear, socks and swimwear as returns.
Terms & Conditions
- You have 1 month from the date of purchase to return your item/s.
- Online orders cannot be returned to any of our stores.
- Gagliardi reserves the right to decline exchanges/refunds if an item is not received in good condition.
- Gagliardi will Exchange any items received in a damaged condition free of charge.
- Gagliardi will Not accept any request for Refunds due to colour issues. *unless a clear difference in colour is shown.
- Gagliardi must accept the return request before the customer dispatches their return.

In order to be eligible for a free return – kindly fill in a return’s form. You will then receive an email from one of our customer service executives within 2 days. Our team will liaise a time and date for our courier to come and collect the return from you. Once we receive the item you will be given an exchange or full refund.
Simply follow the four steps below
Fill out the online returns form specifying which items you want to return and the reason why you wish to return the item/s. Please confirm above whether your items are eligible for a return. Please wait for our confirmation email before you proceed to the next step.
Ideally, the original packaging is used, especially for tailoring items since our package ensures that the garment is kept in good condition throughout the logistical process. Please make sure the parcel is secured.
*Gagliardi holds the right to refuse returns/exchanges for items sent back in a damaged state
Once you fill in a return’s form and pack the item, a member from our customer support team will contact you to liaise your desired time and date of processing the return. We will then create an AIRWAYBILL which we will send to you. This AIRWAYBILL must then be placed on the parcel.
A member from our logistical partners will come and collect the return at the agreed date, time and place. Once we receive the return (which takes roughly 2 – 4 working days) we will inspect the product/s and exchange or refund the item/s accordingly.
